Martrust Limited, 3 Connaught House, Riverside Business Park, (“the Park”), Benarth Road, Conwy, LL32 8UB is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This notice will describe how we collect and use your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It also explains your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us or supervisory authorities in the event you have a complaint.

What data do we collect?
When you become a tenant of Martrust Ltd we will collect and store the following information about you: –
- Salutation
- Name
- Postal address.
- Business/company name if applicable
- Email address
- Telephone number
How your personal information is collected.
We collect most of this personal information directly from you – in person, by telephone, text or email. However, we may also collect information:
- from publicly accessible sources, e.g., Companies House;
- via our door entry systems:
How we use your data?
This information will be used to manage your occupation, for the provision of our services to you and to contact you regarding administrative procedures necessary for the running of the Park.
Lawful Basis for the Processing
Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party and in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
How do we store your data?
We have appropriate security measures to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed unlawfully. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Your information including email address are stored electronically on a secure data base which is password protected. Paper records are stored in a locked cabinet in our office at the Park. We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
How long do we store your data?
We will keep your personal information while you have an account with us or we are providing services to you. Thereafter, we will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary:
- to respond to any questions, complaints or claims made by you or on your behalf;
- to show that we treated you fairly;
- to keep records required by law.
We will not retain your personal information for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. This would be 7 years from the date the tenant leaves or until any claim made by you against us or by us against you had been resolved whichever is the later.
Do we share your data?
- We may disclose and exchange information with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
- We may also need to share some personal information with other parties, such as potential buyers of some or all of our business or during a restructuring. Usually, information will be anonymized but this may not always be possible. The recipient of the information will be bound by confidentiality obligations.
- We will not share your personal information with any other third party.

On becoming a tenant of the Park you will be given the opportunity to put your details on our website. It should be noted that any entries on the website are at the specific request of the tenant concerned and the content of that entry on the site responsibility of the tenant.
Your Rights
You have the following rights, which you can exercise free of charge:

How to complain
We hope that we can resolve any query or concern you may raise about our use of your information.
The GDPR also gives you right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the European Union (or European Economic Area) state where you work normally live or where any alleged infringement of data protection laws occurred. Changes to our Policy
Martrust Limited will keep our policy under review. If at any time we change our policy, or the law changes we will notify all tenants accordingly.
